Capture refugees or prisoners and turn them to your side or sell them into slavery. So, returned to Rimworld after alpha 16 (I think.) and am on Beta 18. I have medical and prisoner beds available. But I can't rescue the refugee, only capture or strip him. The message said capturing him will anger the faction and rescuing him will improve relations.
